Sky Crew Transport – Client Service Agreement & Policies

This Client Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Sky Crew Transport (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and the customer (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) who subscribes to our crew transportation services.
By subscribing to our service, using our website www.skycrewtransport.com, or booking any ride with us, you agree to abide by the terms below.
Client Agreement and Policies
1. Services Included
Sky Crew Transport provides the following services as part of the monthly subscription:
1.1 Home–to–Airport & Airport–to–Home Transfers

Scheduled daily transportation to and from Dubai International Airport for crew duties.

Pickups aligned with the duty reporting times submitted by the Client.
1.2 Holiday Transfers (Twice per Year)

Each Client is entitled to two (2) complimentary holiday transfers per year
from their residence to the Main Airport Terminal and back upon return.
1.3 Annual Vacation Transfer (Once per Year)

One (1) additional complimentary transfer for longer annual vacation travel.
1.4 Standby Call-Out (Partial Guarantee)

Standby call-out transportation to the airport is not guaranteed and depends on driver availability at the time of request.

The return journey from a standby call-out is guaranteed, as long as the Client communicates their release time with reasonable notice.
1.5 Booking Management

Ability to schedule, modify, or update pickup and return times through the website or customer portal.
2. What is Not Included
The monthly subscription does not include:

Transportation for non-work-related personal errands
-
Additional holiday or vacation transfers beyond the stated free allocations
-
Transport for visitors, friends, or family members
-
Excess baggage assistance beyond the standard suitcase and cabin bag
-
Transport outside designated service areas (as listed on the website)
-
Flight diversion pickups or non-DXB airports
-
Last-minute changes made too close to the pickup time (subject to operational availability)
3. Discounts
3.1 Reduced Activity Discount
Once per year If the Client has 7 or fewer working days in a calendar month, Sky Crew Transport applies a:
👉 20% Discount on the normal monthly fee
This discount is applied on client request for the current billing month.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure safety, punctuality, and smooth operations, each Client agrees to:
4.1 Be Ready on Time

Be ready at least 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.

Drivers will wait a maximum of 5 minutes past the scheduled time. After that, the driver may leave to avoid operational delays for other customers.
4.2 Maintain Professional Behavior
Clients must treat Sky Crew Transport staff with respect, professionalism, and courtesy.
Abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate conduct may result in service cancellation.
4.3 Accurate and Updated Information
Clients must ensure that:

Their address, pickup location, and contact details are correct

Duty schedule updates are provided in a timely manner

Any changes to pickup/return times are submitted with reasonable notice
4.4 Payment Responsibility
The Client must pay the monthly subscription fee between the 25th and the 30th of each month in order to guarantee uninterrupted service for the upcoming month.
Failure to make payment within this period may result in:

Suspension of transport services
-
Loss of booking priority
-
Possible termination of service
5. Driver Responsibilities and Behavior
Sky Crew Transport maintains strict professional standards for all drivers.
5.1 Professional Conduct
All drivers will:

Be polite, respectful, and well-mannered
-
Wear a clean and proper Sky Crew uniform
-
Maintain confidentiality regarding Client schedules
-
Avoid unnecessary conversation unless initiated by the Client
5.2 Safety and Cleanliness
Drivers must:
-
Drive safely and responsibly in accordance with UAE laws
-
Keep the vehicle clean, sanitized, and well-maintained
-
Offer luggage assistance when reasonable
-
Ensure comfortable, calm, and safe travel
5.3 Punctuality
Drivers will strive to arrive at or before the scheduled pickup time.
Unexpected delays (traffic, road closures, accidents) will be communicated to the Client as soon as possible.
6. Scheduling and Changes
6.1 Duty Changes
Clients may modify their pickup or return times, subject to availability.
Changes made with short notice may not be accommodated depending on operational load.
6.2 Standby Call-Out

The pickup for a standby call is not guaranteed.

The return from standby is guaranteed, provided the Client communicates on time.
6.3 Shared or Combined Routes
Sky Crew Transport reserves the right to combine or optimize routes for efficiency, provided this does not affect arrival times.
7. Cancellations and Termination
7.1 Client Cancellation
The Client may cancel their subscription at any time with at least 2 weeks notice
Refunds are not provided for partially used months.
7.2 Company-Initiated Termination
Sky Crew Transport reserves the right to terminate the Agreement due to:

Repeated late payments
-
Misconduct or verbal/physical abuse
-
Unsafe behavior
-
Repeated no-shows
-
Violations of this Agreement
8. Liability
Sky Crew Transport is not liable for:

Lost flights due to last-minute Client delays or incorrect pickup information
-
Extreme traffic conditions, road closures, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Personal belongings left inside the vehicle
-
Delays caused by incorrect addresses or late communications
9. Payment Terms

Payments are due between the 25th and 30th of each month
-
Payments are made via bank transfer, Apple Pay, card, or any method listed on the website
-
Late payments may result in suspension of service
-
Invoices are available upon request
10. Acceptance of Agreement
By subscribing to Sky Crew Transport, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the full terms listed in this Agreement.
